THE CHARACTER

I've created EVA using DAZ 3D. Although it's not the best for animating, it allows you to create a pretty realistic character very easily. And renders are very long. The best move is to balance what you are going to animate in Element 3D and what in Daz 3D.

Here you can find tutorials on how to create a character using this software.

MIXAMO FUSE

A complete course to understand the workflow Fuse - Mixamo - After Effects. Mixamo is a complete motion capture library allowing you to animate your characters in Element 3D. Easy to use and free.

Fuse allows you create some simple characters. Even though Adobe has announced the project will not be continued, we can still use the software.

ELEMENT 3D

These tutorials show how to import Kitbash3D OBJ and some of the challenges you can find working with textures.

The soldiers were animated using 3ds Max. To take that animation to Element 3D it was necessary to do it as an OBJ sequence. I used a script to perform that sequence automatically.

Putting back textures can be wearisome, so this script is the best option.
