Welcome to this section! I'm excited to share and update
my workflow with Reallusion.

Here you can dive into learning how to create amazing characters, add facial animation, and bring fascinating stories to life!

CREATE CHARACTERS

1

This is how to create a character using CC5 as a base. We'll also cover the most important aspects of the interface here.

Eyes and eyelashes. And a few more details to improve our character.

This other way, we create characters from a mix of different body types. It's a very practical method and my favorite.

Textures are a very important aspect of our character's skin. And in CC we have multiple options.

Smart Search is the fastest way to find clothing and accessories for your characters. The smart search engine shows you exactly what's available in the marketplace, allowing you to try out the options you find most suitable.

Videos from previous versions, but which still have many interface features and options.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN HERE ?

I'll show you my workflow so you can create characters, add clothing and accessories, and animate them. Then, you can bring them into Unreal to build a story. This is how I approach filmmaking: creating characters and environments, positioning cameras and lights, and discovering the kind of art I want to present.

FACIAL ANIMATION

4

One of the things that initially attracted me to Reallusion was its simple way of creating facial animations. There are several options available, so let's look at the alternatives we have..

Iclone is a software with great potential for animation. It's ideal for creating animations, as well as for use with video or suit captures, Actor Core libraries, or Mixamo. It can also be used to enhance those animations.

And it boasts excellent integration with Unreal Engine. In this section, I'll share how I use it in my workflow and some of its tools. To learn it completely, I recommend exploring the courses available on the Reallusion website.

Why do I combine IC8 and CC5 with Unreal? Primarily because it provides high-quality, real-time rendering and excellent environments. It's where I build the scene, placing characters, animations, lighting, and camera; in effect, I do the work of a film director.

EXPORT

6

Now it's time to export characters and animations to an Unreal Engine and start creating our scenes.

7

Here we'll see how we organize our work within Unreal to create the story scenes

LET'S LOOK AT SOME EXAMPLES CREATED WITH THIS WORKFLOW
